Refunds, Returns & Cancellations Policy
Grow Up My Tree (Tree Partner Program)

1. Policy Scope & Nature of Services
Grow Up My Tree operates as an environmental and agricultural services enterprise. All payments made under the Tree Partner Program are service fees for plantation, organic cultivation, and sustainability-related activities.
This policy applies to:
- Monthly Service Plans
- One-Time Service Plans
- Optional Add-On Services
⚠️ Important Clarification
- There are no physical goods, assets, or products sold.
- There is no ownership, investment, deposit, or return-linked arrangement.
- Accordingly, returns in the conventional sense do not apply.
2. Refund Policy (General Rule)
❌ No Automatic Right to Refund
All service fees paid to Grow Up My Tree are non-refundable by default, as they are utilized for:
- Plantation execution
- Organic upkeep and maintenance
- Operational, manpower, and infrastructure costs
- Environmental and sustainability initiatives
Once a payment is successfully made and the service engagement is activated, no refund shall be claimable as a matter of right, whether in full or in part.
3. Monthly Service Plan – Refunds & Cancellations
a) Cancellation by Participant
- Participants may discontinue future services by providing written notice (email/app support).
- Discontinuation is prospective only.
- No refund shall be issued for: Past monthly payments or current/ongoing service cycles.
- No penalties are imposed for voluntary discontinuation.
b) Non-Payment & Automatic Discontinuation
- If monthly fees remain unpaid for 90 consecutive days:
- - Services are deemed automatically discontinued
- - Plantation capacity or service slots may be reallocated
- - No refund, reinstatement, or continuation rights arise
4. One-Time Service Plan – Refunds & Cancellations
The one-time service fee is charged for plantation execution and early-stage organic upkeep.
Once payment is made:
- The service is considered contractually engaged
- Operational planning and resource allocation commence
❌ No Refunds After Payment
No refund shall be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Delay in indicative timelines
- Natural or environmental factors
- Participant’s inability to continue engagement
5. Optional Add-On Services – Refund Policy
Optional add-on services (such as Tree Name Display, Produce Facilitation, Digital Updates) are:
- Convenience-based
- Non-essential
- Operationally dependent
Refund Terms
- Once activated or availed, add-on fees are non-refundable.
- If an add-on cannot be delivered due to feasibility constraints:
- The Startup may, at its discretion, offer: Service adjustment, Extension, or Equivalent non-monetary alternative.
- No cash refund is guaranteed or implied.
6. Service Disruption, Delays & Force Majeure
No refunds shall be issued due to delays or non-performance caused by:
- Natural disasters or climatic variations
- Crop loss, disease, or environmental conditions
- Government actions, legal restrictions, or land-related issues
- Epidemics, pandemics, or force majeure events
Indicative timelines are best-effort estimates only and do not create refund entitlements.
7. Contingency, Replacement & Adjustments
In case of unavoidable loss or disruption:
- Grow Up My Tree may, at its sole discretion and feasibility:
- Re-execute plantation, or
- Provide an equivalent service unit
⚠️ This is a best-effort operational measure, not a refund, compensation, or guarantee.
8. Exceptional Refunds (Goodwill-Based)
Any refund, partial adjustment, or credit—if offered—shall be:
- Entirely discretionary
- Evaluated case-by-case
- Treated as goodwill, not entitlement
- Final and binding once decided
The Startup reserves the absolute right to accept or reject such requests.
9. Payment Gateway Charges
- Any applicable payment gateway, bank, or processing fees are non-refundable.
- Deductible if a discretionary refund is approved.
10. Policy Modifications
Grow Up My Tree reserves the right to:
- Modify, update, or revise this policy
- Align with operational, legal, or regulatory changes
Updated versions will be published on official platforms and shall apply prospectively.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
Exclusive jurisdiction: Courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
12. Final Acknowledgement
By enrolling in the Tree Partner Program and making payment, the participant confirms that:
- They have read and understood this policy
- They acknowledge the non-refundable nature of service fees
- They waive any claim for refunds, returns, or financial compensation
